It's a.....GIRL!!

Eliana Kathleen Snodgrass was born on Feb. 20, 2010 at 4:47 pm, weighing in at 7 lbs. 6 oz, 19.5 inches. She made quite the entrance, with both help from the vacuum and suction to make sure her lungs were clear of meconium. In fact, it took a while to hear her first cries after birth as she didn't breathe for her first while. It was our first test as parents and we were not doing so well, but after the first cries we heard from her, our hearts have been filled since.




Uncle Matt made the trip from Portland to see his new niece. And so did Ian, Steph and Max Tydeman (no picture yet). Thank you!!

    I was a little nervous to press play on the video...I wasn't sure if you had documented some choice moments from the birth :)

    These pics truly put the biggest smile on my face today. You look amazing and little Eliana is the luckiest girl in the world to have parents like you. All my love to you and your growing family.

    I think I am still glowing from holding your beautiful daughter during her adorable hiccups Sunday night! I can’t count how many times Brett & I have looked at each other and said, “oh my gosh, Eliana was seriously such a cute little baby”!! What a perfect family you three make – she’s a lucky little girl. Let us know if there is ANYTHING we can do, especially after Grandma leaves! Love you guys!!
